This course has been designed in accordance with the Washington Real Estate Commission to educate real estate licensees on the new requirements. This course includes new license classifications, registrations, and endorsements; the new mandatory requirements for fingerprint cards and background checks; and the new education requirements for real estate licensees.

This Transition course is a one time requirement for all real estate licensees seeking license renewal after July 1, 2010, during the license transition period. This course does not meet the 3 hour Commission Update Core course requirement.
